We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician to join our team at Rubber Duck Cars. As a key member of our repair centre, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of tasks within the bodyshop, including vehicle paint spraying, panel beating, and planning work and ordering parts.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out a range of tasks within the bodyshop, including paint spraying, panel beating, and planning work and ordering parts
- Work effectively to ensure vehicles are ready to agreed timescales
- Work skillfully and safely under pressure, adhering to manufacturers' specifications
- Work as part of a team, as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision
- Be flexible in your approach and continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind
- At least 2 years' experience as an automotive panel/MET/paint technician
- ATA/NVQ certification is advantageous but not essential
- Experience in paint spraying, panel beating, and strip and fit
- Ability to plan workload effectively and work to agreed timescales
- Ability to work skillfully and safely under pressure, adhering to manufacturers' specifications
