About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and sales-oriented professional to join our team in a Vodafone store. In this role, you will interact directly with customers, understand their needs, build trust, and create a personalized experience to be remembered.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to provide informed advice to customers.
