Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mergers and Acquisitions Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the team on advisory projects, including sell-side, buy-side, and strategic advice. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team on advisory projects, including sell-side, buy-side, and strategic advice.
  • Scope, prepare, and review reports, information memoranda, and documents using Word and PowerPoint.
  • Review financial models using Excel.
  • Support business development by preparing company and market analysis and assisting in the preparation of pitch documents.
  • Deliver high-quality working papers and reports to specified deadlines.
  • Work with the project teams to provide clients with value-adding recommendations for improvements in processes and controls.
  • Support sales and marketing activities, including getting involved in team-on-team events with clients, researching Private Equity houses, and attending meetings.
  • Seek and take action on feedback.

Requirements

  • At least ACA/ACCA exam qualified (or equivalent).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Word and Excel.
  • Relevant sector experience is desirable but not essential.
