Daniel Owen Ltd is excited to present an opportunity with a prominent Housing Contractor located in West London, seeking two experienced supervisors to oversee a variety of repairs projects in the area.

The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in managing teams of operatives responsible for repairs and maintenance tasks throughout West London.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the execution of repairs contracts, ensuring that all operatives are functioning efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure that the work performed by suppliers and subcontractors aligns with the provided work sheets and meets all contract KPI targets.
  • Engage with customers to address any inquiries or concerns that may arise.
  • Guarantee that all tasks are completed punctually and adhere to high-quality standards.
  • Meet and exceed client expectations consistently.
  • Ensure that all documentation and reports are accurately completed and submitted in accordance with company procedures.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
  • Share responsibility for maintaining a tidy and safe workplace.
  • Complete timesheets, work sheets, and reports as required.
  • Participate in inspections as necessary.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Supervisor in Social Housing is essential.
  • Experience in reactive repairs, voids, or planned works projects is required.
  • Proficiency in IT is necessary.
