As a key member of our Facilities Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of plumbing and heating systems, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of plumbers and maintenance staff
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of plumbing and heating systems
  • Ensure compliance with Water Supply Regulation and Control of Legionella L8 requirements
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth facility operations
Requirements:
  • Five years' experience as a plumber or equivalent
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant professional qualifications (facilities management/project management) - desirable
