As a key member of our Facilities Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance compliance and managing teams to ensure the smooth and safe operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of plumbers and maintenance staff
- Oversee maintenance compliance and ensure that all facilities are safe and secure
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor and report on maintenance activities and performance
- Five years' experience as a plumber or equivalent
- Must be familiar with and able to work to Water Supply Regulation and Control of Legionella L8 requirements
- Experience working on commercial or industrial heating and water or building services systems
- Experience of supervising staff
- Confidence and competence in using full MS Office package
- C&G 6189 Plumbing and domestic heating
- C&G 5962 certificate in Plumbing (Advanced craft)
- C&G 6019 Mechanical Engineering services (plumbing)
- C&G 6018 heating and ventilation installation
- C&G 6129 certificate in Plumbing
- C&G 214 Engineering systems maintenance
- C&G 6188 Heating and ventilating
- C&G 6088 certificate in heating and ventilating
- C&G 6032 the advanced craft certificate in plumbing
- EAL Diploma in Plumbing and Heating
- Up to date First Aid at Work Qualification - Desirable
- Relevant professional qualifications (facilities management/project management) - Desirable
- Good Health & Safety knowledge.
