About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Audio Product Specialist to join our team at Nicholas Associates Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and technical expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to customers, resolving issues and answering questions in a polite and professional manner.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with our sales team to develop and demonstrate custom PC audio workstations, highlighting the strengths and features of our products.
  • Order Management: Manage and configure orders ready for shipping, ensuring seamless delivery to our customers.
  • Customer Liaison: Liaise with manufacturers to ensure that issues are reported and fixed, maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team to assist in product demonstrations and trade shows, showcasing the benefits of our products.

Requirements:

  • Education: A degree in Audio Engineering or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Good technical understanding and passion for audio technology, with proficiency in MAC and Microsoft Windows.
  • Communication Skills: Polite and confident manner, comfortable with talking with customers.
