About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Morson Talent. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive and pragmatic HR support to our regional HR Business Partners and Central team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations
    • Support the HR Business Partners with the management of employee relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance, conduct, and capability issues.
    • Develop and maintain performance management processes and support managers in this area.
    • Ensure compliance with legislation, policy, and best practice.
    • Support managers with administrative paperwork and outcome letters.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters.
  • Training and Development
    • Assist in the design and delivery of HR training across the company, including skills improvement workshops, case studies, and legislative updates.
    • Support managers in producing personal development plans for team members and following up on progress.
    • Assist managers with coaching conversations to develop our talent pool.
    • Book delegates onto internal and external courses as required.
  • HR Operations
    • Research and write new HR policies.
    • Update terms and conditions of employment and employee handbook.
    • Implement new HR policies and procedures as required.
    • Ensure consistency in approach across locations and departments.
Requirements
  • Experience in HR, preferably in a business partnering or generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
