Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Southampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and engaging top talent, and negotiating terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Foster lasting relationships with clients and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Find and engage the best talent through effective candidate engagement strategies.
- Create win-win situations for clients and candidates through skilled negotiation.
- Meet and exceed KPIs with zeal and efficiency, collaborating with a high-performing team to achieve outstanding results.
- Become an industry expert through networking and staying ahead of market trends.
