About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Care and Support Worker to join our Domiciliary Care and Support Team. As a Casual Care and Support Worker, you will provide appropriate domiciliary care and support to enable adults to live in their own home as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist service users with daily living tasks, such as medication needs, shopping, cleaning, healthy eating, correspondence, cooking, and applying for jobs.
  • Provide support with personal care, including washing, bathing, hair care, denture, and mouth care.
  • Assist with transfer/hoisting and assist the user with dressing and undressing, toileting, and safe disposal of waste.
  • Prepare, eat, and drink with the service user, including associated kitchen cleaning and hygiene.
