Sales Advisor - Trainee Mortgage Advisor

Join D&R Recruitment Limited as a Sales Advisor - Trainee Mortgage Advisor in Cardiff, with a salary up to £27,000 plus bonus. This office-based role involves working Monday to Friday, with no weekends.

We will provide you with the CeMAP Qualification, which is a paid-for certification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximise sales by reaching out to existing customers and informing them of our new and exciting products.
  • Make outbound calls to attract new customers and create new relationships.
  • Build strong relationships and engage with customers.
  • Efficiently answer customer queries surrounding products, processes, and prices.
  • Negotiate successfully with customers.
  • Use our CRM tool to enter and maintain all customer information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to exceed customer expectations.
  • Be willing to go the extra mile to exceed sales targets and business requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer focus role.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn about new products and services.
  • Cool temperament and experience to successfully overcome rejections/barriers.
  • Ideal experience within B2B wholesale or e-commerce.
  • Be organised & have an excellent attention to detail.
  • Have a proactive and 'can-do' approach to all tasks.
  • The ability to take ownership of your working day.
  • Highly self-motivated and driven individual, looking continuously to improve and develop.
