Front of House Manager

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Front of House Manager to join our team at Wagamama. As a leader, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming environment for our guests and team members.

The Role

As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Coaching and developing your team to achieve high standards of service and performance
  • Managing labour and rotas to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency
  • Driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results
  • Celebrating success with your team and recognizing individual achievements
