Job Title: Senior Playworker

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Playworker to join our team at Viribus Animo Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare services to children aged 3-11 in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage and play with children aged 3-11, promoting their physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate sessions and activities for children aged 3-11, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the Out of School Club Manager and colleagues to provide exceptional customer service to children, parents, and carers.
  • Liaise and communicate with partner schools to ensure customer satisfaction and promote the interests of the organisation.
  • Offer and provide support to colleagues to maintain high standards and quality in the setting.
  • Support the Out of School Club Manager with operational issues and attend weekly meetings to contribute to the team's success.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare.
  • Paediatric First Aid Trained (or willing to attend training before appointment).
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene Qualification (or willing to attend training before appointment).
  • Designated Safeguarding Lead Qualification (or willing to attend training before appointment).
