We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Resolution Expert to join our team at GB - Global. Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough investigations and assessments of claims to determine liability and quantum.
- Develop and implement effective claims resolution strategies to achieve timely and cost-effective outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and brokers to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the claims process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in claims resolution to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
- Proven experience in claims resolution and risk management, with a strong understanding of insurance industry practices and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer service.
- CII Certificate in Insurance or equivalent qualification desired.
