About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Resolution Expert to join our team at GB - Global. As a key member of our Claims Resolution team, you will be responsible for handling a variety of claims up to 25,000, utilizing your expertise in risk management and claims resolution to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough investigations and assessments of claims to determine liability and quantum.
  • Develop and implement effective claims resolution strategies to achieve timely and cost-effective outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and brokers to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the claims process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in claims resolution to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in claims resolution and risk management, with a strong understanding of insurance industry practices and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer service.
  • CII Certificate in Insurance or equivalent qualification desired.
