Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Quality & Safety Assurance Engineer with substantial experience in the aviation sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality assurance and safety management, along with a comprehensive understanding of the CAA regulatory framework.

Employment Type

This is a permanent position based in a dynamic environment with flexible working hours available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Compliance team and assist the Engineering Quality and Safety Assurance Manager.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of Quality and Safety Management System functions within the Fleet Engineering Department, ensuring compliance with CAA and MAA Part 145 and Part CAMO standards.
  • Maintain regulatory approvals and actively participate in quality oversight, audits, engineer authorizations, risk assessments, and hazard analyses.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and interface with various Quality and Safety focal points across the organization.
Essential Qualifications
  • Proven experience in the commercial aviation industry.
  • Previous roles in Quality Assurance and/or Safety Management.
  • Formal training in aeronautical maintenance.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct audits and generate precise reports.
  • In-depth knowledge of the CAA regulatory structure.
  • Experience in a role within an approved organization with relevant responsibilities.
