About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Rontec Roadside Retail Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the running and development of our food service concepts across our network in England and Wales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Food Service Project Manager with the running of branded and non-branded food service concepts
- Complete detailed site visits and review sales and performance data to identify opportunities to increase sales and improve efficiency
- Work with site teams and Area Managers to improve standards and implement Rontec policy
- Assist with weekly and monthly reports and support new openings and closures
- Provide training and mentorship to staff at sites
- Liaise with the Food Service Team, Operations Team, HR Team, and external parties to ensure company targets are met
- Develop and implement food standards to ensure company success in evaluations and audits
Requirements:
