Your deep understanding of trade lanes, service offerings, and industry-specific regulations will be essential in showcasing our value proposition.

What You'll Do
  • Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the SME segment across air and ocean logistics.
  • Market Insight: Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint potential customers and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Engaging Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on air and ocean logistics products and services.
  • Client Onboarding: Collaborate with the Solutions and Operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze market competition, keeping abreast of pricing and product information.
  • Quotations & Proposals: Generate accurate quotations and persuasive proposals for clients.
  • Customer Feedback: Report customer feedback and complaints to the Customer Care team to drive continuous improvement.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update customer information using CRM tools.
What You Need To Succeed
  • Sales Prowess: Proven track record in B2B sales with experience in face-to-face client interactions.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Business Insight: Strong business acumen with the ability to build and sustain customer relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Effective time management and organizational abilities.
  • Technology & Data Driven: Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office tools.
  • Industry Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge of the logistics industry, specifically air and ocean logistics.
