We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiology Staff Nurse to join our team at Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our radiology department, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing radiological procedures, including CT, ultrasound, and interventional radiology.
- Assist radiologists with complex procedures, such as biopsies and vascular interventions.
- Work collaboratively with the radiology team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient department operations.
- Participate in the training and development of junior staff members and students.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures within the radiology department.
- 1st Level Registration with the NMC in a relevant field.
- Evidence of continuing professional development and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest radiology nursing practices.
- Relevant experience in radiology nursing or a related field.
