We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at C M Community Care Limited. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients, including washing, dressing, and administering medication
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as preparing meals and managing their finances
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation
- Work collaboratively with our experienced Management Team to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered
- Must have a passion for caring for others and a commitment to delivering high-quality care
- Must have a smartphone and be able to use it to communicate with clients and colleagues
- Must be at least 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK
- Must be able to work alternative weekends or every Saturday/Sunday
- Must be willing to undertake industry-leading training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role
