About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at C M Community Care Limited. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including washing, dressing, and administering medication
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as preparing meals and managing their finances
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation
  • Work collaboratively with our experienced Management Team to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered
Requirements
  • Must have a passion for caring for others and a commitment to delivering high-quality care
  • Must have a smartphone and be able to use it to communicate with clients and colleagues
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK
  • Must be able to work alternative weekends or every Saturday/Sunday
  • Must be willing to undertake industry-leading training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role
