Key Responsibilities

  • Project, establish, and achieve the membership financial plan, encompassing new acquisitions, retention strategies, and category movements on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis.
  • Collaborate with the Clubs teams to formulate and implement sales and retention objectives.
  • Coordinate marketing and sales initiatives across the Club to provide a cohesive and appealing member experience.
  • Assist in the evolution of membership categories to ensure they remain relevant, appealing, and commercially viable for both current and prospective members.
  • Develop standard operating procedures to guarantee consistent management of all membership administrative tasks and accurate fee collection.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by the Head of Membership.
  • Address member inquiries and concerns regarding club membership, ensuring exceptional standards of member administration and customer service are upheld.
  • Take responsibility for meeting individual membership goals, which include administrative duties.
  • Facilitate and manage membership committees and focus groups.
  • Proactively create a sales and outreach strategy aimed at attracting new members.
  • Serve as a liaison between reservations/front of house and Membership, acting as the representative for member relations.

  • Prior experience in membership sales within a private members' club.

  • Strong commercial insight and financial understanding.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
