KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcome all patrons warmly and professionally as they enter the retail space.
  • Focus on building lasting customer relationships rather than just completing transactions, effectively representing the brand.
  • Assist the Store Manager by providing insights on customer feedback and suggestions.
  • Foster a shopping environment that is innovative, distinctive, and welcoming to customers.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and security protocols to mitigate theft, as outlined in the Fred Perry loss prevention guidelines.
  • Proactively engage in Loss Prevention by keeping the stockroom organized and adhering to established procedures.
  • Conduct daily stock checks to ensure all merchandise is properly stocked, labeled, sized, and accessible to customers.
  • Identify the unique needs of each customer by employing open-ended questions and enhancing your product knowledge.
  • Be knowledgeable about the returns policy and leverage it as a positive selling point.
  • Commit to continuous learning about the company, weekly reports, products, and the local retail landscape.
  • Maintain a friendly demeanor during telephone interactions.
  • Exhibit a positive and cheerful attitude while collaborating effectively with team members.
