KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist the Store Manager by providing insights on customer feedback and suggestions.
- Foster a retail atmosphere that is creative, distinctive, and welcoming to customers.
- Comply with health and safety regulations and security protocols to mitigate theft, as outlined in the company's loss prevention guidelines.
- Proactively engage in Loss Prevention by keeping the stockroom orderly and following established procedures.
- Conduct daily stock checks to ensure all merchandise is well-stocked, properly tagged, and accessible to customers.
- Identify the unique needs of each customer through open-ended questions and enhance your product knowledge.
- Understand the returns policy and leverage it as a positive selling strategy.
- Commit to continuous learning about the company, weekly updates, product offerings, and the local retail landscape.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during phone interactions.
- Exhibit a positive attitude and collaborate effectively with team members.
