Key Responsibilities:
As an International Customer Support Specialist, your primary role will involve:
  • Efficiently managing orders to support the export operations of the business.
  • Coordinating with various internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Tracking production schedules and preparing customized declarations and trackers for clients.
  • Communicating product availability in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with the Finance team to secure customer financials.
