About the Role

We are seeking an experienced A&D Specification Sales Manager to join our team at CPJ Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and specifying our client's high-end interior products to the architecture and design community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with interior design firms, project managers, architects, and interior designers to secure commercial specifications.
  • Manage a robust project pipeline, working on some of the UK's most notable commercial developments.
  • Deliver CPD presentations and host Lunch & Learn sessions to promote our client's products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
About Our Client

Our client is a leading manufacturer of premium interior products, known for their innovative designs and commitment to sustainability. They offer a comprehensive range of surfaces for commercial projects, and their products can be seen in everything from hospitality spaces to luxury residential developments.

What We Offer
