Job Title: Specification Sales Manager Ceramic Tiles

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specification Sales Manager to join our team in the South West and South Wales region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting a manufactured range of wall and floor ceramic tiles to architects, interior designers, and housebuilders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and housebuilders to generate specification and drive sales growth.
  • Manage relationships with main contractors, D&B contractors, and tiling contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct CPD presentations to promote our ceramic tile products and services.
  • Work on projects with a minimum value of £250,000 and aim to achieve a turnover of £1m+ in the designated area.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in interior building product sales, with a strong background in specification sales.
  • A&D specification experience is ideal, but we will consider candidates with merchant or contractor experience.
  • Strong contacts within the Bristol region's architectural and interior design community would be advantageous.
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently with excellent presentation skills.
  • Smart and presentable in appearance.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 + commission paid quarterly, a fully expensed hybrid car, and a range of benefits.
