Job Description

We are seeking talented and ambitious individuals to join our E&TT Research team in Peterborough. As a Graduate Researcher, you will engage in challenging work, solving real-world engineering problems through collaboration with our global team. The two-year Graduate development program will provide experience of the different functions within the team, including two 6-month rotations to gain wider appreciation of Engineering processes outside of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and New Technology Introduction (NTI) projects in key areas such as Electrification & Machine Integration
  • Collaborate with global team members to solve real-world engineering problems
  • Participate in the Graduate development program, including rotations to gain experience of different functions within the team
  • Work towards Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status with your chosen institution
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, £34,800, plus a £1,500 sign-on bonus, 10% annual bonus, share scheme, pension, flexible working, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). We also provide a mentor to support your professional development and help you achieve your career goals.
