We are seeking a highly skilled 4D Construction Specialist to join our team at Sir Robert McAlpine. As a 4D Visualisation and Planning Expert, you will play a crucial role in assisting the development, verification, and updating of construction sequences, logistics, and timings using 4D or similar techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of 4D models to visualise construction sequences and logistics
  • Overlay planned positions with actual positions at defined intervals to track progress
  • Produce high-quality images and animations to communicate complex information to various stakeholders
  • Deliver training and presentations to teams on the effective use of 4D visualisation tools
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment with the company's Digital Construction strategy
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of engineering and construction environments, particularly on complex major projects
  • Comprehensive knowledge of planning techniques and their link with construction methodology and logistics
  • High-level CAD modelling experience in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including visual, written, and verbal
  • Flexible working attitude and a can-do team player approach
  • HND or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or suitable alternative
