  • Maintain clear communication with the support team regarding job specifics.
  • Collaborate with other trades to ensure a safe and efficient maintenance operation.
  • Respond swiftly to urgent situations.
  • Keep clients updated on job progress and any potential interruptions.
  • Perform tasks in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
  • Follow Health & Safety regulations at all times.
  • Properly maintain tools and equipment.
  • Be open to working flexible hours as required.

Essential Skills:

  • Expertise in diverse carpentry functions.
  • Experience with kitchen and bathroom fittings.
  • Basic plumbing repair skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Dedication to health and safety standards.

Experience Required:

  • Over 3 years of experience in home repairs.
  • Knowledge of UPVC maintenance and repairs.
  • Experience with fire-door installations.

Qualifications Needed:

  • At least NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry.
  • Proficiency in two additional skill areas.
  • Valid driving license.
  • DBS check required prior to commencing the role.
