Multi-Skilled Carpenter Role Profile

Mountjoy Ltd is a leading provider of construction, refurbishment, and maintenance services across the south of England. We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Carpenter to join our dynamic team on the Isle of Wight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of carpentry repairs in residential and commercial properties, including fitting doors, first and second fixing, kitchen installations, and decorative works.
• Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results and meet deadlines.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude, and be polite and courteous at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry, with additional qualifications in secondary skills.
• Over 3 years of trade experience, preferably in the residential repairs sector.
• Experience in UPVC repairs and maintenance, kitchen and/or bathroom installations, and basic plumbing repairs.
• Full current driving license and ability to pass a DBS check.
