Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Pennine Care NHS FT. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' occupational needs and develop personalized treatment plans to promote independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and healthcare professionals on occupational therapy principles and practices.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to occupational therapy services.

Requirements

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Experience working in mental health settings, preferably in CAMHS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
