Site Manager Opportunity with Fawkes and Reece

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Fawkes and Reece, a highly respected fit out contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a CAT B D&B Fit Out project valued at circa £3M, located near Surrey.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with experience in delivering commercial fit outs and managing site teams. They will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the site and ensure the project is completed on time and within budget
  • Oversee the site team and ensure they are working efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure a high standard of health and safety is maintained on site
  • Collaborate with the project manager to ensure the project is delivered to the required standards
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction project management
  • Strong background in commercial fit outs and site management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certifications
