Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Computer Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement development, ensuring that all aspects of the site are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Organising activities and events to enhance the quality of life for our residents
- Coordinating the development and managing contractors to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard
- Completing health and safety checks to ensure the well-being of our residents and staff
- Providing administrative support to the team, including using Microsoft Office applications and Outlook
Requirements
- Previous experience of working in a similar background, such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health and social care sectors
- Excellent administration and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
