Job Overview

We are thrilled to announce an opportunity at Healix Health for a seasoned Lead Transformation Manager. This pivotal role involves managing and directing extensive transformation initiatives that are crucial to our organizational objectives.

The Lead Transformation Manager will play a key role in orchestrating large-scale change projects within Healix. This position requires strategic foresight, effective execution, and the delivery of transformation initiatives that resonate with the company's vision. You will collaborate closely with Senior Leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful realization of transformation strategies.

Key Qualifications:

  • Robust strategic planning and execution expertise.
  • Outstanding project management capabilities, including familiarity with various project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong foundation in change management principles.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.

Experience Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience (typically 5+ years) in transformation management, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale transformation projects.

Preferred Credentials:

  • Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2)
  • Managing Successful Programmes (MSP)
  • Certified Scrum Master

Role Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive transformation strategies that align with the organizational goals.
  • Spearhead the design and implementation of change initiatives, ensuring they meet project objectives and achieve intended outcomes.

Project Management:

  • Supervise multiple transformation projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion within defined scope and budget.
  • Employ project management methodologies to monitor progress, manage risks, and provide updates on project status.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for transformation initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project progress, challenges, and achievements.

Change Management:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to foster adoption and sustainability of transformation initiatives.
  • Address resistance to change and cultivate a culture that embraces continuous improvement.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of transformation initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the impact of changes, making necessary adjustments to ensure ongoing improvement.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of transformation and project leads, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Promote a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
