About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and building our existing commercial team, devising enhanced processes and reporting on commercial performance KPIs, and ensuring compliance with our policies, procedures, and principles.

About You

You will be a commercially astute individual with a strong track record of managing high-volume, low-value contracts. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. You will also be a proactive and results-driven individual with a disposition to take action pre-emptively to manage risk and opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop our commercial team to achieve business objectives
