Job Overview:

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and committed Level 2 & 3 Early Years Practitioners for various long-term roles and day-to-day cover across multiple nursery environments in the Blackpool/Cleveleys/Poulton/Bispham/Fleetwood areas. Successful candidates will be instrumental in providing exceptional care and education to children aged 0-5 years.


Key Duties:
  • Design and execute engaging, age-appropriate activities that foster children's growth.
  • Ensure the safety and welfare of all children under your supervision.
  • Monitor and evaluate children's development, maintaining precise records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to cultivate a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, offering regular updates on their child's development.
  • Comply with all nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health & safety regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent).
  • Prior experience in a nursery or early years setting.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and supporting their growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Ability to adapt and work flexibly in various nursery settings.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

All applications will undergo an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, professional reference checks, and Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) in accordance with our stringent safeguarding policy. Your CV should cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible, and all employment gaps must be explained. You must have the legal right to work in the UK and be willing to attend a registration interview.
