Subsea7 is seeking a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to become a vital part of our HR Resource Centre (HRC) team. This role is based in our Aberdeen office and is a full-time, contract position. The HRC team is dedicated to providing comprehensive HR Administration support for personnel across the UK and globally.

As a successful candidate, you will undertake a range of administrative responsibilities that support the HR Team. It is essential to manage your workload effectively, adapt to various tasks, and maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain employee data within SAP HR.
  • Draft and distribute contracts and official correspondence.
  • Organize and electronically archive employee and contractor records.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll data.
  • Generate and analyze reports using SAP HR.
  • Document meeting minutes.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including routine reporting and correspondence.
  • Facilitate HR orientation for new hires.
  • Engage directly with employees and collaborate with the broader HR Team.
  • Conduct basic numerical calculations as needed.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks to support the HR team.
Desired Experience:

  • Experience in an HR setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
