Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, treatments, and advice to patients with complex needs in the community setting.
- Manage a caseload of patients, prioritizing their care and coordinating with other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, promoting professional development and growth.
- Participate in service development and quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the advancement of physiotherapy practice.
- Advanced knowledge of physiotherapy processes and medical conditions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Current valid driving license and access to a car for work purposes.
- State registration with the Health and Care Professions Council and membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP).
