The successful candidate will report to the HR Business Partner and play a key role in supporting the HR function at a fast-paced food manufacturing site. Key responsibilities include building sound relationships with managers and employees, working in line with the people strategy, and assisting in the development and improvement of daily HR tasks and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with site managers and employees
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
  • Provide guidance and support on HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in the management of employee relations and absence
  • Support the HRBP in the development and implementation of engagement initiatives

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience as an HR Advisor in a similar fast-paced manufacturing environment, with excellent influencing skills and a positive attitude. CIPD Level 5 or above is essential.
