Telesales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at Page Personnel. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to businesses, promoting our services, and cultivating long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of account management, including prospecting, lead generation, and converting opportunities.
- Initiate outbound sales calls to promote company services to businesses and develop strong customer relationships.
- Work towards achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently and evaluate potential leads and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Update relevant data daily, adhering to call, contact, and quality targets, and log meeting minutes accurately.
- Meet a daily quota for scheduled meetings and act on activities of decision-makers and incoming leads to secure appointments and drive sales.
- Identify and pre-qualify leads as needed and update and maintain customer records in the company database.
- Contribute to team sales strategy discussions and handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- A strong motivation for sales and business orientated and independent.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and prior experience in a relative field of logistics or delivery.
- A customer-focused approach and proficiency in using database software.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced high-volume environment and ability to work well in a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.
- Salary from £25,000 to £26,000 per annum.
- Monthly commission bonus expected, with Year 1 earnings of £42,000.
- Hybrid working (3 days office) and enhanced annual leave scheme (30 days annual leave + birthday off).
