About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team at NEC Software Solutions. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with senior-level decision makers in the Health sector, with a focus on software sales into clinicians and NHS trusts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Relationship Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including Commissioners, Senior Management/Board, and CEOs, to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
- Opportunity Generation: Identify and generate new sales opportunities for our integrated referral management platform, including software sales, swap-outs, and solution development.
- Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the review process.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities to deliver targeted revenue for your territory and contribute to the group sales number.
- Strategic Opportunities: Develop and pursue strategic opportunities and bids in your assigned accounts.
- Project Management: Track projects through to satisfactory completion, ensuring all pre-sales, bid, and project procedures are adhered to.
- Corporate Policy: Understand and ensure adherence to corporate policy, processes, procedures, and guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Attend and participate in meetings with internal and external partners, as required, and contribute to a team-oriented, collaborative culture.
