As a key ambassador for the business during both internal and external interactions, you will deliver upon the broader MEU-UK Living Environmental Systems (LES) and more focused Residential Product/Lifecycle Groups (RPG/RLCS) vision and strategy, through the day-to-day operational delivery and management of RPG/RLCS connected services to drive digital growth.

  • Develop and Implement Connected Services Strategy
    • Align connected services strategy with overall business goals across RLCS/RPG.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new connected service offerings and areas of improvement.
  • Product Requirements and Roadmaps
    • Define product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps for connected services based on customer needs and market trends.
  • Collaboration and Deployment
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders across RLCS, RPG, PMD Europe, and other relevant teams to develop and deploy connected services.
  • Customer Experience and Satisfaction
    • Develop initiatives to enhance customer experience and satisfaction through connected services.
  • Customer Feedback and Data Analysis
    • Monitor and analyse customer feedback and usage data to continuously improve service offerings.
  • Support and Product Optimisation
    • Provide support to customer service teams to resolve issues related to connected services.
    • Define product optimisation software requirements and roadmap based on customer needs and market trends, considering energy companies and third-party products.
    • Lead the development and enhancement of product optimisation software to improve the efficiency and performance of heat pump systems.
  • Key Skills and Qualifications
    • In-depth knowledge of IoT (Internet of Things) technologies and connected services.
    • Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
    • Knowledge of product optimisation techniques and software.
    • Excellent strategic planning and project management skills.
    • Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies.
