About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Fellow to join our team at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board. As a Senior Clinical Fellow in Care of the Elderly, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise in the care of elderly patients
  • Develop and implement care plans to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and policies
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements
  • MBBS or equivalent medical qualification
  • Experience in geriatric medicine or a related field
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of care of the elderly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
