Junior Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Account Manager to join our team at Barrington James. As a key member of our medical communications agency, you will play a vital role in delivering world-class service to our clients.
As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing schedules, organizing advisory boards and symposia, updating and sharing status reports, monitoring project budgets, and supporting new business activities.

Key Responsibilities- Manage project schedules and timelines
- Organize advisory boards and symposia
- Update and share status reports
- Monitor project budgets
- Support new business activities
We are looking for a flexible team player with strong project management skills and a passion for science. You will have experience in project management as an Account Executive within medical communications and be capable of multitasking in an energetic team environment.
As a Junior Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive team.
