Junior Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Account Manager to join our team at Barrington James. As a key member of our medical communications agency, you will play a vital role in delivering world-class service to our clients across various therapy areas.
As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing schedules, organizing advisory boards and symposia, updating and sharing status reports, monitoring project budgets, and supporting new business activities. You will also have the opportunity to work with an enthusiastic and talented team of medical communications experts, supporting them in delivering exceptional results on projects.
About the Role- Manage project schedules and timelines to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Organize advisory boards and symposia to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration
- Update and share status reports with clients and internal stakeholders
- Monitor project budgets and ensure financial management
- Support new business activities and contribute to business development
