An established IFA firm in Bath is seeking a skilled Financial Planning Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly regarded company that prides itself on its amazing culture and provides excellent support for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the IFA team, including managing client data and documents.
  • Assist with the preparation of investment reports and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of investment products, including ISAs, Pensions, and Bonds.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within an IFA Practice.
  • Knowledge of investment products and financial services regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
