Mobile Plant Fitter Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Plant Fitter to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a Mobile Plant Fitter, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mobile plant equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and meets the required safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair mobile plant equipment, including engines, motors, pumps, and other mechanical components.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and repair faults using technical knowledge and diagnostic equipment.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Mobile Plant Fitter or equivalent role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mobile plant equipment and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel to various locations.
