We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our team at Protalent. As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and controlling payroll services.

**Responsibilities**

* Plan, direct, and control payroll services to ensure smooth operation of the payroll process
* Understand and abide by current legislation and regulations across local and national payroll processes
* Develop payroll policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
* Accurately calculate and process payments for employees
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records
* Assist with the resolution of employee queries and concerns

**Requirements**

* Proven experience working in payroll, particularly in a Payroll Manager/Payroll Bureau/Payroll Senior role
