New Business Development Manager - Holiday Lettings

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the North Norfolk area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and winning new business across the area, working closely with property owners to promote and sell our excellent branding to potential holidaymakers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and secure new business opportunities in the North Norfolk area
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, estate agents, and other key suppliers to generate referrals and new business leads
  • Negotiate with new and existing suppliers to ensure the best possible deals for our clients
  • Provide expert advice and support to property owners on how to best feature and sell their properties as holiday lets
  • Take professional photographs of properties and assist in writing strong marketing literature
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within the travel industry or a related sector
  • Strong networking and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with property owners, estate agents, and other key suppliers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and sales targets
  • Basic salary plus monthly sales commission, with uncapped OTE of £45k-£50k per annum
  • Fully expensed company car, laptop, and phone, plus discounts on our travel brands
  • 25 days holiday plus all Bank Holidays, with flexible working hours to meet sales targets
