Position SummaryWe are currently seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to oversee one of our key residential projects in the Nottingham area. This role is crucial in ensuring that our developments meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage all site personnel, including subcontractors and temporary staff.
- Ensure strict compliance with the Company’s Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to budget and timeline.
- Maintain comprehensive Health & Safety documentation and records.
- Implement Environmental and Waste Management Policies effectively.
- Conduct site inductions for all staff, subcontractors, and visitors.
- Uphold the Company’s Customer Care and Satisfaction standards.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and warranty requirements.
- Manage project costs effectively, ensuring work aligns with financial provisions.
- Provide accurate progress reports and updates as required.
- Facilitate and document weekly Sales/Construction meetings.
- Conduct quality checks on completed work and address any issues prior to inspections.
- Ensure all site administrative tasks are completed according to Head Office guidelines.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in Site Management within large-scale residential construction.
- Current knowledge of health and safety regulations and building legislation.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to manage complex situations.
- Relevant certifications including CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid.
