Key Responsibilities- Payment Processing: You will be responsible for keying inbound and outbound payments, including customer payments, invoice payments, refunds, and other financial transactions.

- Core Processes: You will have experience of core processes, such as payments processing, complaints, reconciliation, Direct debit management, and general payment queries.
- Workflow Management: You will have experience working with workflow/task management tools.
- Financial Services Knowledge: You will have knowledge of financial services rules and guidelines.
- Communication Skills: You will have excellent oral and written communication skills, as you will be constantly communicating with the team and wider business.
